BKA’s RTP pipes are engineered with a multi-layer structure, designed for pressure resistance, chemical compatibility, and durability in various fluid transport applications. We offer customizable solutions with different liners, reinforcement types, and structural bonds.
Key Features:
- Multi-layer composite structure for tailored performance.
- Available in various reinforcement types (Steel Cord, Fiber Prepreg, Polyester).
- Diameters (DN): 50mm – 500mm.
- Pressure: Up to 32 MPa (series dependent).
- Long continuous lengths for efficient installation.
- High corrosion and chemical resistance.
BKA offers two main types of RTP structures:
Bonded RTP: All layers are fused together forming a solid wall structure. This ensures high structural integrity, excellent resistance to gas permeation, and durability under high pressure and temperature.
Disbonded RTP: Composed of independent layers, suitable for moderate conditions and lower pressure environments.
We provide custom design and engineering based on working conditions, transported medium, and required specifications. Materials and joint types are selected based on environmental and operational needs.

- Aramid-reinforced RTP for high-temperature use
