BKA’s RTP pipes are engineered with a multi-layer structure, designed for pressure resistance, chemical compatibility, and durability in various fluid transport applications. We offer customizable solutions with different liners, reinforcement types, and structural bonds.

BKA offers two main types of RTP structures:

Bonded RTP: All layers are fused together forming a solid wall structure. This ensures high structural integrity, excellent resistance to gas permeation, and durability under high pressure and temperature.
Disbonded RTP: Composed of independent layers, suitable for moderate conditions and lower pressure environments.
We provide custom design and engineering based on working conditions, transported medium, and required specifications. Materials and joint types are selected based on environmental and operational needs.

  • Steel-reinforced bonded RTP for shallow seas and lakes
  • Aramid-reinforced RTP for high-temperature use
  • RTP for gas (shale, hydrogen blends, pure hydrogen)
  • Mineral fiber-reinforced PE pipe for underground coal mines
  • Heat-resistant RTP for geothermal and heating lines
What is the difference between RTP and GRE pipes?

RTP pipes are pressure-resistant thermoplastics; GRE pipes are chemical-resistant epoxy with glass fibers.
