Two Major Contracts Signed at the Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition

Mr. Mohammad Javad Maghiseh, CEO of Behesht Kavir Ariana Industrial Group (BKA), stated in an interview with the company’s public relations unit:
“The 28th Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition was held from May 8 to 11, 2023, with the participation of 1,100 domestic companies and 250 international exhibitors from 12 countries.”

He described the event as the largest exhibition in Iran’s petrochemical industry and one of the most prominent trade shows in West Asia, inaugurated with the presence of the Minister of Petroleum and top industry executives.

Mr. Maghiseh explained that BKA participated in the exhibition to showcase its latest innovations and products, including the unveiling of three first-time manufactured technologies:

  • High-pressure RTP (Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe) for hydrocarbon and oil derivatives transfer
  • Localized CRA coiled tubing for oil and gas wells
  • Advanced high-pressure GRE composite pipes for corrosive fluids and desalination

He added:
“BKA’s booth attracted more than 600 industry professionals and decision-makers, and our new technologies received considerable attention from oil, gas, and petrochemical experts.”

Highlighting the fruitful negotiations held during the exhibition, Mr. Maghiseh announced that BKA successfully signed two first-time manufacturing contracts:

  • One with the Petroleum Engineering and Development Company (PEDEC) for high-pressure RTP pipes
  • Another with the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) for CRA coiled tubing

He emphasized:
“These contracts are not only significant for introducing new products but also for enabling technology transfer, localization, and strengthening national self-sufficiency in key industrial sectors.”
