BKA GRP Industries designed FLOXY® line pipes for their reliability and mechanical advantages.
FLOXY® series are Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) piping systems. As the name suggests, the Epoxy resin material is reinforced with combination of glass fiber.
Specification:
• Diameter: 25 to 1200mm
• Pressure: up to 60 bar
• Temperature up to 120ºC
• High reliability and mechanical strength
FLOXY® series are Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) piping systems. As the name suggests, the Epoxy resin material is reinforced with combination of glass fiber. FLOXY® is mostly applied in utilities such as cooling and fire-fighting systems where the requirements for reliability and mechanical strength are high.
FLOXY® line pipes range from 1 inch upto 48 inches (25mm upto 1200mm) in diameter and can withstand operating pressures and temperature respectively up to 60 bar and 130ºC.
FLOXY® line pipes are delivered according to following international standards:
- Standard for fiberglass pipe design AWWA C950-M45
- Standard for fiberglass pipe design used in oil and gas industry ISO146992
- High pressure pipe and fitting specifications API 15HR
- Standard for flange drilling ASME & ANSI & DIN
